This press release by Canada.ca announces the Cabinet make up and declared goals of the Liberal party at the start of their current mandate.   There are at least two parties in this minority parliament that will notice electoral reform is not mentioned.    Pipeline issues should also make things interesting in the 43rd Parliament of Canada beginning on Dec 5.
